- Really Smoooooth music @ the MonteV coming this July?
- Are the Greenhouse Production boyz still butthurt about some punk houseshow bratz?
- Could there be any more ‘metalcore’ shows in Flagstaff?
All this and more… coming soon never!

You’re crazy if you think there’s nothing to do in Flagstaff this weekend. There’s everything from underground films to drag shows to dj’s to bands and parties! Check out the CALENDAR for the scoop!
1. 007
The intro. All of the beats after the gnarly guitar actually come from songs I originally wanted to include on this mix. But after realizing that my priority with this one was to put some newer, faster sounds out there that I’m really excited about and want Flagstaff to become familiar with, I took some of the hip-hop and condensed it. If you don’t like hip-hop you’re probably racist and don’t realize it yet.
2. Rakim + DJ Premier “It’s Been a Long Time” (Emlord Chop)
Speaking of (hip-hop, not racism), Continue reading ‘Emtron 007 Mix’

Posted from FlagstaffBiking.org:
Arizona bicyclists only want to be treated equally, and that is what the Coalition of Arizona Bicyclists (CAzB) is asking your help with. CAzB has been working with legislators to get a bill introduced that will add the offense of killing or seriously injuring a bicycle rider to the existing “serious physical injury or death by a moving violation” statute (ARS 28-672).
We have drafted a bill that would add significantly increased penalties for killing or seriously injuring a bicycle rider when they are being passed, are riding legally (in accordance with 28-812), taking a lane as provided in ARS 28-815 (A) 4. or riding in a bike lane or on a path.
Your help is needed to call, write or e-mail your legislators, to urge them to support making penalties for seriously injuring or killing bicycle riders the same as for motorists.
Ask them to support the bicycle legislation being introduced by Representive Robert Meza!
If you don’t know, or are not sure who your legislators are (one Senator and two Representatives per legislative district), you can find your legislators by going to the Legislature’s web site, and looking at: http://www.azleg.state.az.us/MemberRoster.asp
If you are not sure which district you are in, go here for a map of statewide legislative districts. Hint: Most of Flagstaff is District 2 -Ray
You may also call (toll free): 1-800-352-8404 (House or Senate) to reach your legislator by phone (be sure to ask for your specific legislator when you call).
Please contact your legislator today, as time is of the essence!!!
In case you haven’t noticed the link in the header up there, we now have “forums.” Now you can chat with your buddies, and don’t have to worry about comments getting off topic, etc. We’re also slowly working in design modifications and fixes to the website so everything looks and functions better. But you’re used to crappy myspace pages, so what do you care, right? We’re also working on an online store. Lame, right? Well with the not-so-recent news that Gopher Sounds is closing, we thought that an online store for local music and other stuff would be a good way to keep the community thing expanding. Be on the look out for it in February, and if you wanna sell something online, holla! We’ll be doing a consignment thing, directing $ straight to the artists themselves.
Well, that’s about it. Have a good one!
Oh, and here’s some photos from Winter Formal. Check out the video below as well…

Here’s what some of us do on the weekend. Call us Weekend Warriors, or WoodChuck Weekend. Plans were to just head to Phx and play Reggae Meltdown VI. It turned into something that lasted 3 days. It’s split into three parts just cause we wanted to do that.
